Not everyone stops growing when they turn 18, some people grow until they're 21, everyone is different.
The one crucial thing you can do is to swot to love yourself no matter how elevated you are. I know that sounds a little preachy but it help a lot. You can't MAKE yourself grow taller, adjectives you can do is buy boots and high heels. There are shoes out here with 3-5 inches on them.

but if you worried in the order of that this should make you perceive a little better
im 24 and solitary 151 cm
Or you can always mesure yourself first piece in the morning your other a couple of millimeteres taller caus during the day as you satnd you spine compreses and you shrink and as you sleep it relaxes
