As a Manager offered a Job surrounded by a Residential Service what would the benefits be if your contract be conditional?

Your benefits could be enormous. It may safe and sound you a permanent position. It may also amount to nil. BUT think of the brief and life experience it can proposal.
Think of the places you can jump to near that experience under your belt?
The benefits are that as an employer, I facade far fewer permitted responsibilities if I hire you as a contract worker.
OH wait? You expected the benefits FOR YOU? Haha, haha, haha, haha.
I mean... "There are none."
For you it will agree to you practice your supervisional skills, probably even earn you a higher wage human being a contractor. You may even have the possibility of human being offered a permanent contract.
For your employer, no risk trial!! If you don't impress next you're gone.
As a contractor you will find it very difficult to to gain the respect and trust of your staff troop too. Sadly I have see many 'contractors' come and shift - some good and some discouraging, but most not trusted by the minions!!
For info only I am employed surrounded by the residential care sector.
