Which one of this is the best for brain exercise, sudoku, reading, word search.Brain exercise?
Reading - you revise much more & much faster.
word search..i guess?
reading is best, after sudoku and then crosswrod and word force out might be last.

All those and more, brain is too large to consume on a smaller scale so confront it as much as possible. Maybe add chess.

Any exercise which requires thinking is apposite exercise for the brain..
