No, sorry, it cannot. Stupidity is not a thing which is visualize on CT scans or MRI scan. But, it can see things, such as a stroke or brain tumor or a small brain. These things may be a reason why somebody's thought processes are slow or compromised. I am not sure you would ring that stupid, though.
No, a cat scan will only show abnormality on the surface of the brain. Sort of like an xray of a bone. The solitary way to find out if you are mentally challenge is to go through diagnostic carrying out tests provided by a psychologist.
