Autosuggestive dream therapy information please?

I am seeking information on Autosuggestive therapy. I enjoy read where the great Russian born composer and pianist Rachmoninoff be in a mental slump for a few years and he use autosuggestive psychotherapy to get final on top of it proverbial spectator sport. Is there any information the internet? I did a few search and can not find anything.Autosuggestive dream therapy information please?
The reason you cannot find anything is because after experimenting next to it in the concluding decade it was found to not be significant. It is really a form of self-hypnosis using taped bits and pieces that either subliminally or through relaxation induction suggests constant criteria or information to the person.
At one time it be thought that if you used such techniques during the precipitate sleep stages you could even learn another words. This has no proven to be true.
Its recurrently found with "stop smoking" or other self-help topics. You might find some objects there. However, be aware that its really only just another form of "placebo" effect treatment...if you want it to work and believe it will work, it likely will be successful at smallest in the short residence.

Ok - part of the sense you probably can't find anything is that it forms parts of other therapies and is not within its own right "a therapy"
Modern equivalents include Neuro Linguistic Programming (commonly known as NLP) and others. If you are interested within this maybe consider getting books out on this and also 'Psycho-Cybernetics'
Some of this also forms lots other therapies... and forms the reason of a lot of Anthony Robbins and other motivational speakers matter.
Autosuggestive is a very broad occupancy nowadays and forms the foundation of lots of specific therapy.
