Often those are symptoms of anxiety disorders. There's various different types. Panic attacks can be cause by an anxiety disorder or the anxiety disorder itself. Generalized anxiety disorder is often characterized by a "mind racing" attitude where your thougths skip from thought to thought and you drive yourself nuts trying to generate it stop and it often cause insominia. Seeing a doctor about it is a great track to get comfort. They can put you on an SSRI (selective seretonin reuptaek inhibitor) like Zoloft, Wellbutrin or Paxil to dramatically facilitate, but don't look for any overnight cures. All of these medications pilfer 2-4 weeks to start to see results.
a panic attack- fast heart beat, shortness of breath, tingling sensation and sensation like you're going to woozy. i suffer from anxiety and yes i believe it can cause deppression and insonmia. i will keep hold of my answer short, but there are other symptoms.
