Addicted to runescape ;(>...?

i wanna have a life span!! but my friends play it its so hard not to!! i requirement help!Addicted to runescape ;(>...?
Sometimes we hold to do something to 'stop' ourselves falling deeper in to an addiction.
Often, making that first 'break' can be plenty to stop the cycle.
Why not change your Runescape password. You can ask a friend to transform it, or use a jumble of letters and numbers. If you delete any transcript of your new password you will be incompetent to log in to your justification easily. This will hopefully gross you break the habit of playing so habitually.
It will be hard at first, so plan some endeavours to take your mind of it - book some days out next to friends, plan trips, get some DVD's from the shop.
